Devang Patel 6a6623c596 Do not include DataTypes.h in llvm-c/lto.h. 
This means avoid using uint32_t. This patch reverts r112200 and fixes original  problem by fixing argument type in lto.cpp.

\Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
