Chandler Carruth 6ae18e5092 Hoist the logic to transform shift+mask combinations into sub-register
extracts and scaled addressing modes into its own helper function. No
functionality changed here, just hoisting and layout fixes falling out
of that hoisting.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
