Gabor Greif c8b82ccbcf Introduce ImmutableCallSite, useful for contexts where no mutation ... is necessary. Inherits from new templated baseclass CallSiteBase<> which is highly customizable. Base CallSite on it too, in a configuration that allows full mutation.
