Jeffrey Yasskin 75402822d6 r76102 added the MachineCodeEmitter::processDebugLoc call and called it from

the X86 Emitter.  This patch extends that to the rest of the targets that can
write to a MachineCodeEmitter: ARM, Alpha, and PPC.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
