Nick Lewycky 7aabcb1fc0 Also create a shndx even if there are no symbols. This lets us test

.symtab_shndx reading and writing together, and finally we have a testcase for

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
