Reid Spencer 7ba98a9000 For PR1072:

Removing -raise has neglible positive or negative side effects so we are
opting to remove it. See the PR for comparison details.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
