Daniel Dunbar 80dd453b74 NNT: Implement "config mode", use -config path/to/llvm-config

- This runs the nightly test and does all the submission logic, but using the
   LLVM build specified by the llvm-config.

 - Useful for, among other things, testing NNT itself.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
