Reid Spencer 84f3eab017 Implement getIntegerCast and getFPCast for ConstantExpr. These are similar

to the createIntegerCast and createFPCast for CastInst instructions.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
