Andrew Trick 8aa22019ca SCEV: Add MarkPendingLoopPredicates to avoid recursive isImpliedCond. ... getUDivExpr attempts to simplify by checking for overflow. isLoopEntryGuardedByCond then evaluates the loop predicate which may lead to the same getUDivExpr causing endless recursion.
