Owen Anderson 912c49d169 Fix an issue that Chris noticed, where local PRE was not properly instantiating 
a new value numbering set after splitting a critical edge.  This increases
the number of instances of PRE on 403.gcc from ~60 to ~570.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
