Chris Lattner 972a46c96a 1) Use the new SimplifyInstructionsInBlock routine instead of the copy ... in JT. 2) When cloning blocks for PHI or xor conditions, use instsimplify to simplify the code as we go. Linker	Fixed linking of modules containing aliases to constant bitcasts. Existing behaviour first tried to replace the aliases with the global that they aliased (rather than the bitcast), causing a crash on an assert because the types didn't match.
