Kaelyn Uhrain 99abc17832 Make ~Operator() protected so subclasses can inherit it and not have

a bunch of errors for all the Operator subclasses such as:

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
