Nate Begeman ab48be3772 Check in code to scalarize arbitrarily wide packed types for some simple
vector operations (load, add, sub, mul).

This allows us to codegen:

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
