Duncan Sands ae099d5442 Remove PromoteIntRes_FP_ROUND - not sure what it

was doing there: FP_ROUND returns a float, not an
integer.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
