Craig Topper aff18aee56 Increase number of allowed registers in register classes to 64k instead of 256. Widen register class ID to 16-bits. Widen register size and alignment to be up to 64k bytes instead of 256 bytes. This partially reverts r152019 to be less restrictive.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
