Bill Wendling b5abecded7 Add a form of EOL which emits the text version of a DWARF format encoding. This
doesn't handle all values of the formatting. Those can be added as needed.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
