This commit extracts the code that parses a global value from the method 'parseGlobalAddressOperand' into a new method 'parseGlobalValue', so that this code can be reused by the method which will parse the block address machine operands. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@243450 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
