Meador Inge b935cd1514 PR13013: ELF Type identification fails for MSB type ELF files.

Fix 'sys::IdentifyFileType' to work with big and little endian byte orderings
when reading the ELF object file type.

Initial patch by Stefan Hepp.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
