LLVM backend for 6502

A single function in SourceCoverageDataManager was the only user of some of the comparisons in CounterMappingRegion, and at this point we know that only one file is relevant. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM) ================================ This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers, optimizers, and runtime environments.
