Nuno Lopes c606c3ff91 baby steps toward fixing some problems with inbound GEPs that overflow, as discussed 2 months ago or so.

Make sure we do not emit index computations with NSW flags so that we dont get an undef value if the GEP overflows

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
