Chris Lattner d302773885 fix visitShift to properly zero extend the shift amount if the provided operand
is narrower than the shift register.  Doing an anyext provides undefined bits in
the top part of the register.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
