Arnold Schwaighofer db81071b34 SCEVRewriter: Optionally interpret constants in value map as SCEVConstant ... An upcoming loop vectorizer commit will want to replace a SCEVUnknown(Value*) by a SCEVConstant. This commit modifies the SCEVParameterRewriter to support this.
