Anders Carlsson d70be0b2c1 Make InstCombiner::FoldAndOfICmps create a ConstantRange that's the
intersection of the LHS and RHS ConstantRanges and return "false" when
the range is empty.

This simplifies some code and catches some extra cases.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
