Benjamin Kramer e3f75f8797 Move-enable IntrusiveRefCntPtr.

These tend to be copied around a lot, moving it instead saves a ton of memory
accesses.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
