Chandler Carruth e4b4edd72a Funnel the actual TargetTransformInfo pass from the SelectionDAGISel

pass into the SelectionDAG itself rather than snooping on the
implementation of that pass as exposed by the TargetMachine. This
removes the last direct client of the ScalarTargetTransformInfo class
outside of the TTI pass implementation.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
