LLVM backend for 6502

Chris Lattner e9936d14b8 BuildSDIV and BuildUDIV only work for i32/i64, but they don't check that
the input is that type, this caused a failure on gs on X86 last night.
Move the hard checks into Build[US]Div since that is where decisions like
this should be made.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level 
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments. 

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
