David Blaikie f4597a0cd4 DebugInfo: Move type units into the debug_types section with appropriate comdat grouping and type unit headers This commit does not complete the type units feature - there are issues around fission support (skeletal type units, pubtypes/pubnames) and hashing of some types including those containing references to types in other type units. Originally committed as r197073 and reverted in r197079. This commit originally got jumbled up with another build-breaking commit and I can't find the failures I thought this caused anymore. Recommitting to hopefully get some clean buildbot results to work from. Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.

Please see the documentation provided in docs/ for further
assistance with LLVM, and in particular docs/GettingStarted.rst for getting
started with LLVM and docs/README.txt for an overview of LLVM's
documentation setup.

If you're writing a package for LLVM, see docs/Packaging.rst for our
suggestions.
