Jakob Stoklund Olesen f5bb45f895 Note ARM constant island alignment in the release notes. 
The command line option should be removed, but not until the feature has
gotten a lot of testing. The ARMConstantIslandPass tends to have subtle
bugs that only show up after a while.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
================================

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
