David Blaikie ff4ab44626 Revert "[opaque pointer type] Provide a convenience for IRBuilder::CreateCall that accepts a Function without needing to take an explicit callee Type"

Creates ambiguity in Clang callers. Reverting while I figure it out.

This reverts commit r237627.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for LLVM,
a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
