Cadius 1.4.6 uses file type extensions

Using the Brutal Deluxe Cadius 1.4.6 does understand the #xxyyyy file name type extension so just use cadius as the program name.  On windows, cadius-145 can just be called cadius if 1.4.6. for Windows doesn't work the same.
