tomcw bc7c6b2150 Fix for PAL Colour TV: 
. switching TEXT=1: doesn't instantaneously set ColorBurst=0 (#1443)
. switching TEXT=0: only touch ColorBurst if MIXED && vpos>=160 (improved logic)
