Kelvin Sherlock 8e7e6fa396 update the built-in media list. previous logic was incorrect and 
excluded apple 3 floppies (which are actually in slots 0,1,2, and 3)
and included and extra cassette for the Apple 1.

Ample

A slightly more user-friendly front-end for using MAME as an Apple II emulator.

Currently requires a separate installation of MAME and ROMs.
