Kelvin Sherlock f3137585c1 silly tweaks for the auth commands.

When stepping in the debugger, it works fine.
When running normally, the second command has a tendency not to run.
adding a file pointer AND reading from it seems to allow the second
command to run more consistently.

A slightly more user-friendly front-end for using MAME as an Apple II emulator.

A custom version of MAME is included (only apple 1/2/3 emulators are supported in the custom version).
