Badvision 215d695da3 Add 6502 assembly quickstart (ACME) + verified hello-world example

- docs/jace/assembly-quickstart.md: ACME 0.97 workflow (CLI `acme -f apple -o OUT IN`,
  `* = $800`, `!text "..."`), apple output format + `tail -c +5` header strip,
  run-in-JACE sequence with the file-redirect stdin pattern (heredoc-after-pipe binds
  to tee), COUT = JSR $FDED verified three ways, $FD43 ruled out per ROM dump,
  Apple-II-not-C64 notes, re-runnable acceptance test.
- examples/hello-world/: hello.asm (29 bytes at $800, prints HELLO WORLD via COUT)
  and hello-world-asm-test.sh — verified PASS (expect match + showtext, mvn exit 0).
- AGENTS.md (symlink to CLAUDE.md): non-negotiable #5 "JACE is an Apple II, not a C64"
  + quickstart index row.
- changelog: 2026-08-26 entry.
