Restructured Makefile's 'patterns' target, splitting out into a stand-alone Makefile in .mlvwm/patterns/ mirroring the structure of .mlvwm/pixmap/Makefile. Major overhaul of the Makefile to use a 'build' target which copies .mlvwm/ into a build/.mlvwm/ where everything is assembled & modified before installation; the Makefiles in .mlvwm/pixmap/ & .mlvwm/patterns/ now also build into build/.mlvwm/pixmap/ & build/.mlvwm/patterns/, respectively, instead of using the existing source directories; this makes for _far_ cleaner and safer build, less reliance on .gitignore files, and such; 'build' and 'clean' targets have been well tested, but the new 'install' target has not. Best to run a 'make clean' prior to updating past this commit, otherwise you will have to manually delete the .gitignore'd .mlvwm/pixmap/*.xpm files!

Complete overhaul of Makefile's 'pixmap' & 'clean-pixmap' targets, moving them into a stand-alone Makefile in .mlvwm/pixmap/ and completely restructured to not re-fetch source files on every build. This was done to optimize build time, reduce bandwitdh requirements, and -- more importantly -- to prevent rate-limiting during frequent builds. Also split out appropriate .gitignore lines into .mlvwm/pixmap/.gitignore. Updated both Makefiles with inline documentation explaining structure & reasoning. (I intend to do the same restructuring for the 'pattern' & 'clean-pattern' targets.)
