04fa569320 Factor the calculation details for PostDomTree out of PostDominators.cpp and 
into a separate header file.

Next step: merging PostDominatorCalculation.h with DominatorCalculation.h.

d20c824b20 Factor the dominator tree calculation details out into DominatorCalculation.h. This 
change is not useful in and of itself, but it lays the groundwork for combining
the dominator and postdominator implementations.

Also, factor a few methods that are common to DominatorTree and PostDominatorTree
into DominatorTreeBase.  Again, this will make merging the two calculation methods
simpler in the future.

276222a5ae Change casts from old style to new style. This helps document the details 
better, gives the compiler a chance to validate the cast and reduces warnings
if the user turns on -Wold-style-cast option.

3e089ae0b8 reimplement dfs number computation to be significantly faster. This speeds up 
natural loop canonicalization (which does many cfg xforms) by 4.3x, for 
example.  This also fixes a bug in postdom dfnumber computation.

e93e311981 Switch the internal "Info" map from an std::map to a DenseMap. This 
speeds up idom by about 45% and postidom by about 33%.

Some extra precautions must be taken not to invalidate densemap iterators.

0a5f83c22c switch the DomTreeNodes and IDoms maps in idom/postidom to a 
DenseMap instead of an std::map.  This speeds up postdomtree
by about 25% and domtree by about 23%.  It also speeds up clients,
for example, domfrontier by 11%, mem2reg by 4% and ADCE by 6%.

78e02f78ce A first stab at memory dependence analysis. This is an interface on top of 
alias analysis, adding caching and lazy computation of queries.  This will
be used in planned improvements to memory access optimizations.

5cec4db6ae Rename ScalarEvolution::deleteInstructionFromRecords to 
deleteValueFromRecords and loosen the types to all it to accept
Value* instead of just Instruction*, since this is what
ScalarEvolution uses internally anyway. This allows more flexibility
for future uses.

d19534add9 Add a SCEV class and supporting code for sign-extend expressions. 
This created an ambiguity for expandInTy to decide when to use
sign-extension or zero-extension, but it turns out that most of its callers
don't actually need a type conversion, now that LLVM types don't have
explicit signedness. Drop expandInTy in favor of plain expand, and change
the few places that actually need a type conversion to do it themselves.

3e15bf33e0 Use 'static const char' instead of 'static const int'. 
Due to darwin gcc bug, one version of darwin linker coalesces
static const int, which defauts PassID based pass identification.

3dc6776b33 Remove ImmediateDominator analysis. The same information can be obtained from DomTree. A lot of code for 
constructing ImmediateDominator is now folded into DomTree construction.

This is part of the ongoing work for PR217.

e9ed4452bc Add DomSet back, and revert the changes to LoopSimplify. Apparently the 
ETForest updating mechanisms don't work as I thought they did.  These changes
will be reapplied once the issue is worked out.
