Jeff Cohen 8c9191c644 The interpreter assumes that the caller of runFunction() must be lli, and 
therefore the function being called must be a main() returning an int.  The
consequences when these assumptions are false are not good, so don't assume
them.

Jeff Cohen 68835dd511 Teach the interpreter to handle global variables that are added to a module after 
interpretation has begun.  The JIT already handles this situation correctly, and
the interpreter can already handle new functions being added.

Jeff Cohen 2ba0b02e15 Fix VC++ compilation error caused by using a std::map iterator variable to receive 
a std::multimap iterator value.  For some reason, GCC doesn't have a problem with this.

Jeff Cohen 85046901b8 Add AddSymbol() method to DynamicLibrary to work around Windows limitation 
of being unable to search for symbols in an EXE.  It will also allow other
existing hacks to be improved.

Jeff Cohen eca86da38c Update Windows version of config.h to note availability of floor/floorf/ceil/ceilf. 
Also pulled Windows-specific modifications to config.h.in to a separate file, so
that changes to it trigger regeneration of config.h (which doesn't happen when the
custom build step for it changes).

Jeff Cohen 60e9187a90 Replace fix with one less disruptive to the original code. 
Also note that GCC 4.1 also correctly flags the syntax error.

Jeff Cohen f356d70ec3 Tblgen was generating syntactically illegal C++ code like: 
SDOperand Tmp0,Tmp1,Tmp2,Tmp3,;

GCC has a bug (24907) in which is fails to catch this, but VC++ correctly
notes its illegality, so tblgen must be taught to only generate legal C++.

Jeff Cohen c5f24a2c2a Fix VC++ level 4 warnings. Because a base class has declared these private, VC++ complains it cannot automatically generate this methods.
