ba0f074283 So that we can include frame lowering in the subtarget, remove include 
circular dependency with the subtarget by inlining accessor methods and
outlining a routine.

91b10fb0e9 [C++11] Add 'override' keywords and remove 'virtual'. Additionally add 'final' and leave 'virtual' on some methods that are marked virtual without overriding anything and have no obvious overrides themselves. Mips edition

700ed80d3d Move the eliminateCallFramePseudoInstr method from TargetRegisterInfo 
to TargetFrameLowering, where it belongs. Incidentally, this allows us
to delete some duplicated (and slightly different!) code in TRI.

There are potentially other layering problems that can be cleaned up
as a result, or in a similar manner.

The refactoring was OK'd by Anton Korobeynikov on llvmdev.

Note: this touches the target interfaces, so out-of-tree targets may
be affected.

cdb3ba71ce Add definitions of two subclasses of MipsFrameLowering, Mips16FrameLowering and 
MipsSEFrameLowering.

Implement MipsSEFrameLowering::hasReservedCallFrame. Call frames will not be
reserved if there is a call with a large call frame or there are variable sized
objects on the stack.
