Daniel Dunbar 4259a1a7d8 MC/AsmParser: Avoid unnecessary use of SourceMgr::FindBufferForLoc() 
- Each macro instantiation introduces a new buffer, and FindBufferForLoc() is
   linear, so previously macro instantiation could be N^2 for some pathological
   inputs.

Daniel Dunbar 71e5ea8860 PathV2: Fix a possible infinite loop. 
- The code could infinite loop trying to create unique files, if the directory
   containing the unique file exists, but open() calls on non-existent files in
   the path return ENOENT. This is true on the /dev/fd filesystem, for example.

 - Will add a clang side test case for this.

Daniel Dunbar f793fbc569 lit: Remove support for XTARGET. 
- The XTARGET feature (inherited from old DG tests) was just confusing (and
   barely ever used). The same effect can now be achieved with a combination of
   the more useful REQUIRES and XFAIL.

Daniel Dunbar 10097bd023 formatted_raw_ostream: Fix a serious bug in tell(). 
- The current_pos function is supposed to return all the written bytes, not the
   current position of the underlying stream.
 - This caused tell() to be broken whenever the underlying stream had buffered
   content.

Daniel Dunbar a5d2435409 [docs] Remove POD based man page docs (and build system support). 
- Currently this leaves us with less build system support (e.g., installing man pages) for the docs than is desired. I'm working on fixing this, but it may take a while. If someone finds this particularly egregious let me know and I will prioritize it.

Daniel Dunbar 92bb514612 [Support] Rewrite sys::fs::unique_file to not be stupid with /dev/urandom. 
- Just use sys::Process::GetRandomNumber instead of having two poor
   implementations.
 - This is ~70 times (!) faster on my OS X machine.

Daniel Dunbar 956690508c build/Darwin: Make it easy to cause all tools to get codesigned (with make CODESIGN_TOOLS=1). 
- On OS X 10.7+ this is apparently recommended practice. This maybe should
   become a configurey thing one day, but I'm not sure it is right to
   automatically turn it on.

std::vector.
 - Good for 1-2% speedup on writing PCH for Cocoa.h.
 - Clang side API match to follow shortly, there wasn't an easy way to make this

Daniel Dunbar d1d721660e Support/PathV2: Fix make_absolute() to match is_absolute() and not expect to 
find root names on Unix.
 - This fixes make_absolute to not basically always call current_path() on
   Unix systems.
 - I think the API probably needs cleanup in this area, but I'll let Michael
   handle that.

Daniel Dunbar 275dd94afe llvm-config: Fix --targets-built, I changed this to use the registry but wasn't 
properly initializing the target infos. I decided it wasn't worth linking them
in for this, so just switched back to using the Makefile variable for now. We
can reconsider later if we ever get pluggable targets.

Daniel Dunbar b0c594fd42 LLVMBuild: Introduce a common section which currently has a list of the 
subdirectories to traverse into.
 - Originally I wanted to avoid this and just autoscan, but this has one key
   flaw in that new subdirectories can not automatically trigger a rerun of the
   llvm-build tool. This is particularly a pain when switching back and forth
   between trees where one has added a subdirectory, as the dependencies will
   tend to be wrong. This will also eliminates FIXME implicitly.
