Nate Begeman 1b7f7fbf95 Start allocating condition registers. Almost all explicit uses of CR0 are 
now gone.  Next step is to get rid of the remaining ones and then start
allocating bools to CRs where appropriate.

* should hint to the branch select pass that it doesn't need to print the
  second unconditional branch, so we don't end up with things like:
