Jim Grosbach 2d30d947ec ARM integrated assembler should encoding choice for add/sub imm.

For 'adds r2, r2, #56' outside of an IT block, the 16-bit encoding T2
can be used for this syntax. Prefer the narrow encoding when possible.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
