Scott Michel 5b8f82e35b Give TargetLowering::getSetCCResultType() a parameter so that ISD::SETCC's

return ValueType can depend its operands' ValueType.

This is a cosmetic change, no functionality impacted.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)
