Bill Wendling 85f3a0a4c4 Use the integer compare when the value is small enough. Use the "move into a
register and then compare against that" method when it's too large. We have to
move the value into the register in the "movw, movt" pair of instructions.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.
