Eli Friedman 5c22c80744 Add a new step to legalization to legalize vector math operations. This ...

will allow simplifying LegalizeDAG to eliminate type legalization.  (I 
have a patch to do that, but it's not quite finished; I'll commit it 
once it's finished and I've fixed any review comments for this patch.)

motivation for this patch.

When coalescer is merging in clobbered virtaul register live interval into a physical register live interval, give each virtual register val# a separate val# in the physical register live interval. Otherwise, the coalescer would have lost track of the definitions information it needs to make correct coalescing decisions.
