Owen Anderson ed5707baf9 DAGCombine should not aggressively fold SEXT(VSETCC(...)) into a wider VSETCC without first checking the target's vector boolean contents.

This exposed an issue with PowerPC AltiVec where it appears it was setting the wrong vector boolean contents.  The included change
fixes the PowerPC tests, and was OK'd by Hal.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
Virtual Machine, a toolkit for the construction of highly optimized compilers,
optimizers, and runtime environments.

LLVM is open source software. You may freely distribute it under the terms of
the license agreement found in LICENSE.txt.
