Reid Spencer f244252740 For PR1205:

Convert some calls to ConstantInt::getZExtValue() into getValue() and
use APInt facilities in the subsequent computations.

Low Level Virtual Machine (LLVM)

This directory and its subdirectories contain source code for the Low Level
