Doug Brown	44f6eff928	Include scancode when reservewindowskey is enabled ... Previously, only the keycode was being filled in. This worked in many cases, but it turns out that the scancode is also important in order to be compatible with some keycode mapping files. Doug Brown	f1502fb6bd	Add optional ability to intercept Windows key ... This allows you to use the Windows key as your option key, bypassing Windows' various uses of the key for the start menu and keyboard shortcuts.
