04fa569320 Factor the calculation details for PostDomTree out of PostDominators.cpp and 
into a separate header file.

d20c824b20 Factor the dominator tree calculation details out into DominatorCalculation.h. This 
change is not useful in and of itself, but it lays the groundwork for combining
the dominator and postdominator implementations.

Also, factor a few methods that are common to DominatorTree and PostDominatorTree
into DominatorTreeBase.  Again, this will make merging the two calculation methods
simpler in the future.

276222a5ae Change casts from old style to new style. This helps document the details 
better, gives the compiler a chance to validate the cast and reduces warnings
if the user turns on -Wold-style-cast option.

3e089ae0b8 reimplement dfs number computation to be significantly faster. This speeds up 
natural loop canonicalization (which does many cfg xforms) by 4.3x, for 
example.  This also fixes a bug in postdom dfnumber computation.

e93e311981 Switch the internal "Info" map from an std::map to a DenseMap. This 
speeds up idom by about 45% and postidom by about 33%.

Some extra precautions must be taken not to invalidate densemap iterators.

0a5f83c22c switch the DomTreeNodes and IDoms maps in idom/postidom to a 
DenseMap instead of an std::map.  This speeds up postdomtree
by about 25% and domtree by about 23%.  It also speeds up clients,
for example, domfrontier by 11%, mem2reg by 4% and ADCE by 6%.

78e02f78ce A first stab at memory dependence analysis. This is an interface on top of 
alias analysis, adding caching and lazy computation of queries.  This will
be used in planned improvements to memory access optimizations.

5cec4db6ae Rename ScalarEvolution::deleteInstructionFromRecords to 
deleteValueFromRecords and loosen the types to all it to accept
Value* instead of just Instruction*, since this is what
ScalarEvolution uses internally anyway. This allows more flexibility
for future uses.

d19534add9 Add a SCEV class and supporting code for sign-extend expressions. 
This created an ambiguity for expandInTy to decide when to use
sign-extension or zero-extension, but it turns out that most of its callers
don't actually need a type conversion, now that LLVM types don't have
explicit signedness. Drop expandInTy in favor of plain expand, and change
the few places that actually need a type conversion to do it themselves.

3e15bf33e0 Use 'static const char' instead of 'static const int'.

3dc6776b33 Remove ImmediateDominator analysis. The same information can be obtained from DomTree. A lot of code for 
constructing ImmediateDominator is now folded into DomTree construction.

42a7551725 rename Type::isIntegral to Type::isInteger, eliminating the old Type::isInteger. 
rename Type::getIntegralTypeMask to Type::getIntegerTypeMask.

This makes naming much more consistent.  For example, there are now no longer any
instances of IntegerType that are not considered isInteger! :)

5c7e326585 Added an automatic cast to "std::ostream*" etc. from OStream. We then can 
rework the hacks that had us passing OStream in. We pass in std::ostream*
instead, check for null, and then dispatch to the correct print() method.

3ba68b9eef Change the interface to SCEVExpander::InsertCastOfTo to take a cast opcode 
so the decision of which opcode to use is pushed upward to the caller.
Adjust the callers to pass the expected opcode.

68fe61d6a1 Replacing std::iostreams with llvm iostreams. Some of these changes involve 
adding a temporary wrapper around the ostream to make it friendly to

3da59db637 For PR950: 
The long awaited CAST patch. This introduces 12 new instructions into LLVM
to replace the cast instruction. Corresponding changes throughout LLVM are
provided. This passes llvm-test, llvm/test, and SPEC CPUINT2000 with the
exception of 175.vpr which fails only on a slight floating point output
difference.
