28b77e968d Add codegen support for vector select (in the IR this means a select 
with a vector condition); such selects become VSELECT codegen nodes.
This patch also removes VSETCC codegen nodes, unifying them with SETCC
nodes (codegen was actually often using SETCC for vector SETCC already).
This ensures that various DAG combiner optimizations kick in for vector
comparisons.  Passes dragonegg bootstrap with no testsuite regressions
(nightly testsuite as well as "make check-all").  Patch mostly by
Nadav Rotem.

77b4b13c2a Add a new MVT::untyped. This will be used in future work for modelling ISA features like register pairs and lists with "interesting" constraints (such as ARM NEON contiguous register lists or even-odd paired registers). We need to be able to generate these instructions (often from intrinsics), but don't want to have to assign a legal type to them. Instead, we'll use an "untyped" edge to bypass the type-checking and simply ensure that the register classes match.

f1b4eafbfe rename MVT::Flag to MVT::Glue. "Flag" is a terrible name for 
something that just glues two nodes together, even if it is
sometimes used for flags.

1440e8b918 Inside the calling convention logic LocVT is always a simple 
value type, so there is no point in passing it around using
an EVT.  Use the simpler MVT everywhere.  Rather than trying
to propagate this information maximally in all the code that
using the calling convention stuff, I chose to do a mainly
low impact change instead.

bceddbdc91 Introduce EVT::getHalfSizedIntegerVT() for use in ExpandUnalignedStore() in 
LegalizeDAG.cpp. Unlike the code it replaces, which simply decrements the simple
type by one, getHalfSizedIntegerVT() searches for the smallest simple integer
type that is at least half the size of the type it is called on. This approach
has the advantage that it will continue working if a new value type (such as
i24) is added to MVT.

Also, in preparation for new value types, remove the assertions that
non-power-of-2 8-bit-mutiple types are Extended when legalizing extload and
truncstore operations.

a8f0bc04d3 Fix gcc-4.4/fedora 11 by adding a sentinel value to SimpleValueType. 
gcc-4.4 was optimizing away comparisons against SimpleValueType when
it was compared to a value larger than the largest value in the enum.
This patch works around it by adding one extra item to the enum so
that these tests will now be valid.

28eff96ee6 Add new vector types for 192-bit, 348-bit and 512-bit sizes. 
These are needed to represent ARM Neon struct datatypes containing 2, 3 or 4
separate vectors.
