Relationship maps are represented as InstrMapping records which are parsed by
TableGen and the information is used to construct mapping tables to represent
appropriate relations between instructions. These tables are emitted into
XXXGenInstrInfo.inc file along with the functions to query them.

When merging stack slots, if StackColoring::remapInstructions gets a
value back from GetUnderlyingObject that it does not know about or is
not itself a stack slot, clear the memory operand in case it aliases
the merged slot. This prevents the introduction of incorrect aliasing
information.

Patch from Preston Briggs <preston.briggs@gmail.com>.
This is an updated version of the dependence-analysis patch, including an MIV
test based on Banerjee's inequalities.
It's a fairly complete implementation of the paper
Practical Dependence Testing
Gina Goff, Ken Kennedy, and Chau-Wen Tseng
PLDI 1991
It cannot yet propagate constraints between coupled RDIV subscripts (discussed
in Section 5.3.2 of the paper).
It's organized as a FunctionPass with a single entry point that supports testing
for dependence between two instructions in a function. If there's no dependence,
it returns null. If there's a dependence, it returns a pointer to a Dependence
which can be queried about details (what kind of dependence, is it loop
independent, direction and distance vector entries, etc). I haven't included
every imaginable feature, but there's a good selection that should be adequate
for supporting many loop transformations. Of course, it can be extended as
necessary.
Included in the patch file are many test cases, commented with C code showing
the loops and array references.

Provide interface in TargetLowering to set or get the minimum number of basic
blocks whereby jump tables are generated for switch statements rather than an
if sequence.
getMinimumJumpTableEntries() defaults to 4.
setMinimumJumpTableEntries() allows target configuration.
This patch changes the default for the Hexagon architecture to 5
as it improves performance on some benchmarks.

This patch allows us to use cmake to specify a cross compiler: target different
than host. In particular, it moves LLVM_DEFAULT_TARGET_TRIPLE and TARGET_TRIPLE
variables from cmake/config-ix.cmake to the toplevel CMakeLists.txt to make them
available at configure time.
Here is the command line that I have used to test my patches to create a Hexagon
cross compiler hosted on x86:
$ cmake -G Ninja -D LLVM_TARGETS_TO_BUILD:STRING=Hexagon -D TARGET_TRIPLE:STRING=hexagon-unknown-linux-gnu -D LLVM_DEFAULT_TARGET_TRIPLE:STRING=hexagon-unknown-linux-gnu -D LLVM_TARGET_ARCH:STRING=hexagon-unknown-linux-gnu ..
$ ninja check

This patch allows us to use cmake to specify a cross compiler for Hexagon.
In particular, the patch adds a missing case for the target Hexagon in
cmake/config-ix.cmake, and it moves LLVM_DEFAULT_TARGET_TRIPLE and TARGET_TRIPLE
variables from cmake/config-ix.cmake to the toplevel CMakeLists.txt to make them
available at configure time. Here is the command line that I have used to test
my patches:
$ cmake -G Ninja -D BUILD_SHARED_LIBS:BOOL=ON -D LLVM_TARGETS_TO_BUILD:STRING=Hexagon -D TARGET_TRIPLE:STRING=hexagon-unknown-linux-gnu -D LLVM_DEFAULT_TARGET_TRIPLE:STRING=hexagon-unknown-linux-gnu -D LLVM_TARGET_ARCH:STRING=hexagon-unknown-linux-gnu -D LLVM_ENABLE_PIC:BOOL=OFF ..
$ ninja check

Thanks to "Gabor Greif" <ggreif@gmail.com> for reporting this problem.
The configure flag should be --with-default-sysroot as documented, and
not --with-sysroot. The reason we don't want to define --with-sysroot
is that GCC has a configure flag by that name and it has a different
semantics.

In this update:
- I assumed neon2 does not imply vfpv4, but neon and vfpv4 imply neon2.
- I kept setting .fpu=neon-vfpv4 code attribute because that is what the
assembler understands.

Get back getHostTriple.
For JIT compilation, use the host triple instead of the default
target: this fixes some JIT testcases that used to fail when the
compiler has been configured as a cross compiler.
